The Chick-fil-A in my neighborhood is one of the rare "slow" ones.


They have not figured out the pandemic drive-through process at all. The drive-through line is backed out into the shopping center "road" every time I go these days, which ends up affecting the adjacent businesses. The bank next door had to post "do not block the entrance" signs because the Chick-Fil-A traffic kept blocking their customers from getting in/out of the bank lot. What's worse is that it blocks the cars who are trying to pull in and park in one of the curbside order spots - you end up having to wait until the line clears the parking lot entrance. They should route the drive-through line a different way so that the curbside folks can at least get into the parking lot.

Tonight I ordered through the mobile app and ended up waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, which is unheard of at a Chick-Fil-A. But, it's Richmond, so...
